"Hey Hedy, you need to write a Bio!" .....this is a more difficult task than selling a house!
Let's see..... I entered the Real Estate field by accident and have been loving every bit of it! When I first started, the majority of my clients were Buyer and they bought all over the place. This helped me greatly with my Real Estate career because I had to become knowledgeable about multiple types of homes and familiarize myself with different locations. I also got to learn the Buyers mindset VERY well so when I helped Sellers, I knew what Buyers wanted and was able to market towards that need! The thing that I love the most about being a REALTOR is getting to meet all kinds of people and being a part of finding the right home for their family! 80% of my sales are from repeat clients and referral! I guess I must be doing something right! Writing a Bio is not my strength, helping you find your next home is! Let's meet and you will get to know me outside this Bio, and I will get to know you, understand your needs, and from there provide you with information to help you make the decision that is right for you and your family. Oh yes and I speak fluent English and Mandarin! |
